The death has occurred of
Johnny Burke
Johnny Burke of Rathdown Road, Greystones, Co. Wicklow, former Captain of Greystones Golf Club 1988. Slipped away peacefully in his 99th year, surrounded by his family on December 21st 2024 in the care of all the wonderful staff at Kilcoole Lodge Nursing Home, especially Martha. Beloved husband of the late Maureen (née Doyle) and father of the late Paula. Remembered with love by his family, children John, Rowena and Brian, brother Bernie, sister Peggy, daughters-in-law Belinda and Siobhan, son-in-law Colman, sister-in-law Kathleen, grandchildren Andrew, Molly, Jack, Rebecca, Mia, Ella and Luuk, greatgrandson Arlo and Bowen, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and wide circle of friends.
Funeral Mass on Monday morning (December 23rd) at 12.30pm in Holy Rosary Church, Greystones (which can be viewed live on the following link: https://gkpastoralarea.ie/online/) followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium.
No flowers by request, donations if desired to Greystones St. Vincent de Paul, Greystones Conference.
