Johnny Hobbs

JOHNNY HOBBS , Bere Island, Beara, Co. Cork, and formerly of Liverpool, U.K on April 23rd 2025 , peacefully following a short illness, in the outstanding care of the staff of Castletownbere Community Hospital. Pre-deceased by his beloved sister Lesley and his parents Maureen and Ronald. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his wife Theresa, sons Tadhg, Ben and Matt, daughter Meabh, grandchildren Teddy and Sophia, sisters Pat and Janet, brother Dave, mother-in-law Sylvia, brother-in-law Michael and his wife Samantha, brothers in law Ken and Bill, sister in law Tule, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Harrington’s Funeral Home, Castletownbere on Thursday (24th April) from 5pm to 7pm followed by prayers. Cremation service will take place in The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy at 5pm on Friday (25th). Funeral Cortège will leave the funeral home at approximately 2.15pm.
