The death has occurred of
Johnny O'Connell
Johnny O’ Connell, Glencollins Upper, Ballydesmond, passed away peacefully on February 13th 2025, in the care of the wonderful staff of Our Lady of Lourde’s Nursing Home, Kilcummin surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Joan (née Dineen) and grandfather of the late Mairéad.
Sadly missed by his sons Pat, John, Micheal and Jerry, daughters Breeda and Siobhan, daughters-in-law Maura, Joan, Marie and Cheryl, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, his partner Maura, sister-in-law Mary (New Jersey), relatives, neighbours and his large circle of friends.
May He Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Tarrants Funeral Home, Ballydesmond on Friday (February 14th) from 6.30pm to 8pm.
Reception into St. Patrick's Church, Ballydesmond on Saturday (February 15th) for Requiem Mass at 11am, followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.
