Accidentally, in Iowa, USA. Mass took place on Friday, June 20, at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Madison at 8pm. Reposing in Mannion's Funeral Home, Abbeyknockmoy on Sunday evening from 5pm until removal at 8pm to Brooklodge Church, Ballyglunin. Mass on Monday at 12 noon followed by removal to repose at the O'Connell residence at Main Street, Causeway, Co. Kerry. Requiem Mass in St. John's Church, Causeway at 12 noon on Tuesday followed by burial in in St. John's Cemetery, Causeway.
