Joseph Francis O'KEEFFE

It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected death of Joseph Francis O’Keeffe, Cragg, Mountcollins, Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick and recently of Killeline Care Centre, Newcastle West, Co. Limerick, in his 90th year, passed away following a brief admission at University Hospital Limerick on Friday, 28th November 2025.

Joseph is predeceased by his beloved parents Michael and Margaret, sister Kathleen and brother Michael.

Joseph was a kind and gentle soul who was much loved by all who knew him. Joseph will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his adoring sisters Joan, Maureen and Peggy, his many nieces and nephews and wider family members along with his wonderful friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Harnett’s Funeral Home, The Square, Abbeyfeale (V94 AK44) on Friday, 12th December from 6.00 p.m. until 7.30 p.m.

Removal on Saturday, 13th December to The Church of The Assumption, Mountcollins, to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11.00 a.m.

Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Light refreshments will be served at the local Tommy Mick’s Bar, Mountcollins following the funeral.
