The death has occurred of
Joseph G. (Joe) BYRNE
BYRNE (Shankill, Co. Dublin) May 3rd 2020 (peacefully) surrounded by his family at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Joseph G. (Joe); dearly beloved partner of Carmel, much loved father of Brian, Susan and Aisling. Sadly missed by his loving partner, son, daughters, sons-in-law Damian and Chris, daughter-in-law Sheelagh, grandchildren Ellen, Jack, Susie, Alexander and Sorcha, also sadly missed by Norah (Byrne) and Ronan O’Doherty, relatives and friends.

Due to Government warnings in place on public gatherings, a private funeral will take place on Friday (May 8th) at St. Anne’s Church, Shankill at 10am, followed thereafter by a private burial at Deans Grange Cemetery to live stream at the church go to www.stannesparishshankill.com. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but due to the current restrictions cannot, are welcome to leave a personal message on Joe’s Obituary Notice at www.patrickodonovanandsonfunerals.ie or on the condolence section below. A celebration of Joe’ s life will take place at a later date.
