Joseph (Joe) Daly

The death has occurred of JOSEPH (JOE) DALY of Sandyford, Dublin (formerly of Bantry, Co Cork), on the 4th April 2026, peacefully at home. Formerly of Irish Life Insurance and CIE.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Deirdre and brother Fr Patrick Daly.

Joe will be remembered and sadly missed by his children Richell, Shane, Dorren, Eva, Lisa, and Siúin, his extended family, sons-in-law and daughter-in-law, grandchildren and their spouses, great grandchildren, and his many relations and friends.

Reposing at home on Monday the 6th of April from 4pm to 7:30pm.

Removal on Tuesday afternoon the 7th of April to St Mary’s Church Sandyford Village (Eircode: D18E5R3), arriving for a funeral Mass at 2pm.

Joe's remains will be transferred to St. Finbarr’s Church in Bantry for a Mass at 2:30pm on Wednesday the 8th of April with burial immediately afterwards at the family grave in the Abbey Cemetery, Bantry.
