The death has occurred of
Joseph (Joe) FITZPATRICK
(Peacefully), after a long illness, surrounded by his family, in the loving care of the Sacred Heart Nursing Home, Roscommon. He will be very sadly missed by his heartbroken and devoted wife Bridget, sons Jonathan and Michael, daughters Katelyn and Hallie, granddaughter Isabella, daughters-in-law Georgina and Edel, sisters Kay O’Neill, Maura McCormack and Nuala Lynch, brothers-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, staff of the Sacred Heath Home and many friends. Predeceased by his father Michael (Sonny), mother Margaret (Mai), sister Helen O’Grady and brother-in-law Tom Lynch.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon on Friday evening from 5 o’c until 7 o’c followed by removal to St Mary’s Church, Ballagh. Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday at 12 o’c. Burial afterwards in Derrane Cemetery.
