Joseph (Joe) GRIFFITH

Joe Griffith of Leopardstown Avenue, Dublin 18 and formerly of Balla, Co. Mayo and Joe Griffith Garage, Shankill, Co. Dublin, passed away peacefully at home, in his 91st year, on Tuesday 6th August, 2024, following a short illness. Beloved husband of the late Mary, much loved father of Tomás, Declan, Martina and Ciarán and adoring Grandad of Jodie, Ella, Theo, Kayla, Sally, Arya and Cooper; he will be sadly missed by his family, daughters-in-law Fiona and Stephanie, son-in-law Austin, Declan’s partner Michelle, brothers, sister, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Sunday (August 11) from 3.00pm to 5.00pm. Requiem Mass on Monday (August 12) at 10.00am in the Church of St. Laurence O’Toole, Kilmacud, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to the Irish Cancer Society or the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind.
