The death has occurred of
Joseph (Joe) Gubbins
Joe passed away peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice. Joseph (Joe), Larchwood Manor, Fermoy. Beloved husband of Ursula nee Hammond and cherished father of Caolán, Moya and Enya, dear brother of Maurice, Lawrence, Johnny, Maura, Andrew and Padraig. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, children, family, mother-in-law Kitty, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
A private funeral will take place, due to government advice regarding public gatherings. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave a personal message in the section below 'Condolences'.
As a mark of respect Joe’s funeral cortege will travel Larchwood Manor, Mc Curtain Street and Patrick Street Tuesday evening at 7.00.pm.
No flowers please, donations in lieu to Marymount Hospice or IMNDA (Irish Motor Neuron Disease Association) please.
