Joseph (Joe) Horan

(Retired County Manager for South Dublin & Meath County Councils). Formerly of St. Peter’s Place, Arklow, Co. Wicklow. Peacefully at St James’ Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Geraldine (nee Heaslip) & adored father of Kevin, Gerry, David & little Angel Joe. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing wife, sons, daughters-in-law Moya & Tracy, grandchildren Kitty, Roisín & Hal, sisters Dora, Mary-Carmel & Margaret, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives & friends.

Reposing at Sweeney’s Funeral Home, Arklow, from 5pm until 8pm on Tuesday & from 4pm on Wednesday. Removal Wednesday evening at 6.30pm to St.’s Mary & Peter’s Church arriving at 7pm. Requiem Mass at 10am on Thursday followed by funeral to St Gabriel’s Cemetery.
