Joseph (Joe) Kelly

Joseph (Joe) Kelly of Wicklow Town, and formerly of Gorey, County Wexford who passed away peacefully in the exceptional care of Wicklow Hospice on Wednesday 11th February 2026 following an illness borne with great courage and dignity surrounded by his loving family and friends. Lovingly remembered by his devoted wife Margaret (née Phillips), loving daughter Róisín, brother Br. W. S. Kelly (Willie), son in law Jonathan, brothers-in-law sisters-in law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and his wide circle of friends. Predeceased by his parents Thomas (Tom) and Úna, and siblings Anne, Vincent, Gerard and Paul.

May he rest in peace.

Joe will repose at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelors Walk, Wicklow Town on Friday from 4 pm. to 7 pm. Funeral arriving to St. Patrick’s Church, Wicklow on Saturday morning for 11am Funeral Mass after which Joe will be laid to rest in Rathnew Cemetery.
