Joseph (Joe) O'Donoghue

The death has occurred of Joseph (Joe) O’Donoghue of (Ballyboden, Rathfarnham), 23rd of October 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Joe was predeceased by his darling daughter, Aileen. Forever loved and always remembered by his beloved wife Margaret, their daughters Mary Ann, Bridget, Anne and Angela, granddaughters Ellen and Mia, son-in-law Alan, Ross, Paschal and Simon, sister Maura, brother-in-law Charles, niece Órla and his cousins. Members of Margaret’s family will miss Joe; Bridgie and Anthony, Sarah and Anthony, cousins, nieces, and nephews as well as neighbours, former work colleagues in FÁS and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Willbrook Street, Rathfarnham (D14 W029) on Tuesday (29th October) from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. Removal from his home to the Church of Annunciation, Rathfarnham on Wednesday, (30th October) for 5pm. Funeral Mass will take place at 10am on Thursday, (31st October). Burial to take place at Glencoe Cemetery, Achill Island, Mayo on All Saints’ Day, (1st November), following Mass at 11.30am in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Achill Sound.
