Joseph (Joe) WHELAN
WHELAN (Rushwee, St. Michael's Road and formerly of Joe Whelan's Shop, Main Street, Tipperary Town) - Aug. 28, 2013, (peacefully), at home, Joseph (Joe), beloved husband of the late Kitty and father of the late Shaun; deeply regretted by his heartbroken daughters Brigid, Catherine, Mary and Ann, brother Billy, (Clarecastle), daughter-in-law Betty, grandchildren, sons-in-law, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, carers, relatives neighbours and his live long friend Owen.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at Whelan's Funeral Home, Bansha Road, Tipperary this Thursday evening from 5pm with Removal at 7.30pm to St. Michael's Church. Requiem Mass on Friday at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St. Michael's Cemetery, Tipperary. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Cluain Arran Nursing Unit.
