Joseph (Josie) O'Connor
O’CONNOR (Cork) On 1st January 2023, unexpectedly, in the presence of his loving family at the Cork University Hospital, JOSEPH (JOSIE), late of Dunmore Gardens, Knocknaheeny. Dearly beloved husband of Mairead (nee Hornibrook) and much loved dad of Alan, Tina and Gary, devoted granda of Adrian, Ryan, Katie, Darragh, Daisy, Cian and Ava.
Sadly missed by his heartbroken family, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, daughter-in-law Caroline, son-in-law Noel, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Tuesday (3rd January) at 10.00am to 4.00pm. Reposing on Wednesday (4th January) at 10.00am, family in attendance from 1.00pm with Rosary at 2.00pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday (5th January) at 11.00am in St. Mary’s on the Hill Church, Knocknaheeny. Funeral afterwards to St. Mary’s New Cemetery, Curraghkippane.
