Josephine Burke (née Kenny) (Dunmore, Kilkenny) February 24th 2022 (peacefully) under the wonderful care of Professor Paddy Mallon and his team at Vincent's Private Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by her daughter Mairéad and granddaughter Aoife. Beloved wife of Liam and dearest mother of Catherine (Cathy) and James. She will be hugely missed by her husband and children, granddaughter Ella, son-in-law Ruaidhri, daughter-in-law Amanda, brother JohnJoe, sisters Mary (Ross, Manchester) and Sr. Sheila Kenny (Kent), nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and her numerous caregivers.

Reposing at Hehir's Funeral Home (R95 FH90) from 5.30p.m. on Friday (Feb. 25th) with Rosary at 6p.m. Funeral Prayers on Saturday at 11a.m. followed by removal to Church of Most Holy Trinity, Dunmore for 12 noon Requiem Mass. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross.
