The death has occurred of Josphine Cahill (nee Burke), late of St Joseph’s Care Home, Kilmoganny and formerly Lisbalting, Kilsheelan, Clonmel and Poulacapple, Co Tipperary.

Josephine passed away peacefully, in her 99th year, at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny on Friday surrounded by her loving family. She is pre-deceased by her cherished husband David John, her son David Brendan and her brothers and sisters. Beloved mother of Frances, Patricia, Dolores and Kevin, she will be sadly missed by her devoted family, grandchildren Brendan, Paul, Kenneth, Julie, Caroline, Mary, Emma and Róisín, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Charles and John, daughter-in-law Eleanor, Attracta, sisters-in-law Mary and Kay, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Condons Funeral Parlour, Clonmel on Sunday evening (Dec 15th) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal on Monday (Dec 16th) to St John the Baptist Church, Kilcash. Funeral Mass on arrival at 12.00pm. Burial will take place afterwards in New Inn Cemetery, Co Tipperary.
