Josephine Drew (née Riggs) – Moranstown, Ballynacargy, Co Westmeath – December 4, 2022 (peacefully) with her loving family by her side and in the tender care of the management and staff at Roselodge Nursing Home, Killucan.

Beloved wife of Mick and dear mother of Mick, Noel, Gerard and Gertrude (Fitzgerald); Josephine will be very sadly missed by her husband and family, her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law Bernie, Cepta and Karen, son-in-law Eddie, sister Ellen, brother Frank, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Remembering also her late parents John and Gretta, sisters Gertrude and Rose, and brothers John, Anthony, Lynden and Tom.

Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home Mullingar (N91 K660) on Tuesday, 6 December, from 5 p.m. concluding with prayers at 6.45 p.m. Removal will follow to the Church of the Nativity, Ballynacargy, arriving at 7.30 p.m. Josephine’s Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, 7 December, at 12 noon, followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan, at 3 p.m. Family flowers only please; donations would be much appreciated to Roselodge Patients’ Comfort Fund, Killucan.
