The death has occurred of
Josephine (Jo) Bond
Josephine (Jo) Bond née Byrne, Dundalk, peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday 1st October 2025, reunited with her beloved husband Harold (1988).
So sadly missed by her children John, Edwina, Clifford, Caroline and Roderick, her 5 grandchildren Stephen, Jennifer, Vivienne, Gillian, Darragh, 5 great-grandchildren, Max, Penny, Harry, Aoife, Aida, nephews, nieces, daughters-in-law, Helen, Margaret, and Joan, extended family, relatives and friends.
At her request, Mum’s funeral was carried out privately.
The Family would like to sincerely thank The Byrne Family Practice, Haughey’s Pharmacy, the HSE Staff and Carers, the Palliative Care Team - with your help the family were able to keep Mum at home.
House strictly private at all times.
