The death has occurred of Josephine (Joan) McCarthy nèe Mulvihill, Loughill West, Co. Limerick and late of Glin, Co. Limerick.

Josephine passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at University Hospital Kerry on 2nd March 2025.

Predeceased by her parents, sisters Eileen and Ann and brother-in-law John Sheehy.

Deeply regretted by her loving husband Joe, brothers-in-law Mike Donnellan, Denis and John McCarthy, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews and grand-nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at The Church of The Assumption, Loughill (V94 K298) on Tuesday 4th March from 6pm – 7.30pm.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday 5th March at 12 noon in Loughill Church.

Cremation will take place in Shannon Crematorium on Thursday 6th March at 2pm.

Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Irish Heart Foundation.
