The death has occurred of Joan McShane, peacefully, at Carlingford Nursing Home. Predeceased by her beloved husband Jim. Very deeply regretted by her brother Gerry and his wife Patricia, sister-in-law Maura, brothers-in-law John and Pat, their wives Laura and Jean and all her nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Due to current government and HSE guidelines and restrictions Joan's Funeral will take place privately. There will be an opportunity for  Joan's neighbours and friends to pay their respects at her removal from her residence on Friday evening at 5:45 pm to Our Lady Star Of The Sea Church, Boher arriving for evening prayers at 6:30pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday morning at 11:00am followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. Those who find themselves unable to attend Joan's Funeral because of restrictions can leave a personal message to the family in the condolence section below.
