Josephine (Josie) Frawley, (nee O'Brien), Burgessbeg, Carrigatoher, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, died peacefully, in her 86th year, surrounded by her loving family, in University Hospital Limerick, on 6th April 2026.

Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Sarah, her sister Nora McKeogh and grandnephew Patrick.

Beloved wife of Tim and loving mother of Marie (Leahy, Loughmore), Aidan P, John, Carmel (Pearse, Devon, UK) and Anne (Kennedy, Rathcabbin).

She will be sadly missed by her devoted husband and family, her much loved grandchildren Brendan, Dermot, Evie, Eugene, Jenny, Joe, Ronan and Shannon, sons-in-law Pat, Ben and Paul, daughter-in-law Aisling, nephew Martin McKeogh, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, relatives, good neighbours and friends.

Reposing on Wednesday April 8th, at Ryan's Funeral Home Nenagh (E45 KN93), from 5pm until 7pm. followed by removal to The Church of the Immaculate Conception Ballywilliam (E45 D993), arriving at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11am, followed by burial in Burgess Cemetery. The mass can be viewed by clicking on Webstream link below.

The family would like to acknowledge the excellent care and attention that Josie received from Prof. Austin Stack and the Renal Team and also the staff in the HDU at University Hospital Limerick.
