The death has occurred of
Josephine (Josie) Shiels
(née Murphy)
SHIELS (née Murphy), Josephine (Josie), (Tolka Road, Dublin 3) on 16th April 2020 passed suddenly and peacefully at Highfield Nursing Home; beloved wife of Anthony and much loved mother of Geraldine, Joseph, Tony and the late Francis. Josie will be very sadly missed by her son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.
A private family funeral will take place due to Government advice regarding public gatherings. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but cannot due to current restrictions, may leave a personal message in the section, “Condolences” below. A Memorial Mass for Josie will be celebrated at a later date.
