Josephine (Josie) Walsh
(née O'Donovan)
WALSH (Pedlars Cross, Ballinascarthy, Clonakilty and formerly of Ballynoe): on April 8th 2022 peacefully at home. JOSEPHINE (Josie) (nee O’Donovan) (Vintner) beloved wife of the late Sonny and devoted mother to Séamus, Michael, Kay and the late Donal, cherished grandmother to Jill, Luke, Tristan and Reuben. Sadly missed by her loving family, sister Eily, daughters-in-law Martina and Marlies, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Clonakilty on Saturday, April 9th 2022, from 7pm to 9pm followed by Prayers. Requiem Mass on Monday April 11th 2022, at 2pm in the Church of the Assumption, Ahiohill (P47 RY16). This will be livestreamed via https://corklivestream.com/funerals. Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Josephine's Funeral Cortege will leave O'Sullivan's Funeral Home, Clonakilty on Monday, April 11th 2022 at 1.15pm proceeding to Pedlars Cross, pausing at her residence, onwards via Lisnacunna and arriving in the Church of the Assumption, Ahiohill.
