Josephine Murphy
(née Desmond)
Murphy (Cara House and late of Liam Healy Road, Fairhill, Cork), on May 8th 2023, peacefully in the presence of her loving family at The Mercy University Hospital; Josephine (née Desmond), beloved wife of the late John, much loved mother of Christopher, Denis, Michael and the late John and mother-in-law of the late Ann. Sadly missed by her heartbroken sons, grandchildren Ciara, Jamie, Grace, Michael, Gavin, Craig, Megan, Ian, Audrey, Kate and Leona, great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law Anne, Lily and Tina, relatives, neighbours, friends and all at Cara House.
Visitation at O’ Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Tuesday, May 9th, from 5.00pm to 6.00pm, with prayers at 5.45pm. Requiem Mass in The Church of The Resurrection, Farranree on Wednesday May 10th at 11.00am. Josephine's Mass will be live streamed on the following link: https://www.mycondolences.ie/. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
