Josephine Rooney (nee Connolly), Tallowroe, Craughwell, Co. Galway and formerly of Caheroyan, Athenry.

Josephine, passed away peacefully on November 23rd, surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness.

Predeceased by her loving husband John Joe, her adored granddaughter Kayla, her parents Michael and Christina Connolly, her brother Peter and her sister Irene.

Josephine is sadly missed by her loving family, sons Michael John, Thomas and Christopher, daughter Áine, daughters in-law Siobhan, Ursula and Lisa, son in-law Fergus Daly, grandchildren Jack, Sarah, Evan, Seán, Charlie, Saoirse, Olivia, Ada and John, brother Kevin, sisters Tina Burke and Marie Flaherty, brothers in-law, sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Quinn’s Funeral Home, Athenry on Wednesday 26th November from 6pm. Removal at 8pm to St. Coleman’s Church, Craughwell. Funeral Mass on Thursday morning at 11am. Burial afterwards in Ballymore Cemetery, Craughwell. Mass will be live streamed on http://churchmedia.tv/st-colman-craughwell.
