The death has occurred of Josh O’Sullivan McCarthy, The Cottage, Clounreask, Askeaton on March 23rd 2022, suddenly and unexpectedly.
Deeply regretted by his loving mother Dawn McCarthy, father Jason O’Sullivan, grandparents Michael and Betty McCarthy, grandmother Mary O’Sullivan, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
Rest In Peace
Reposing at his grandparents' home, 29 Plunkett Road, Askeaton, on Saturday, 26th March, from 4pm to 7pm with removal on Sunday, 27th March, at 3pm to Shannon Crematorium, Co. Clare V14 PV30, for service at 4pm.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to Irish Community Air Ambulance service.
