Joshua (Jos) Duffy

Duffy, Joshua (Jos) of Ballinteer & formerly Sandwith Street, peacefully, 15th March 2026, in the care of the staff in St. Vincent’s University Hospital.

He has found eternal rest with his cherished wife Marie and their beloved son Josh. Adored father of Julian, Christine and Martha. Daughter‑in‑law Cathy, son‑in‑law Darragh, and Josh’s partner Louise.

His grandchildren who brought him endless joy. Jonah, Adam, Liam, Christian, Maisie, Lois, Bobby and Dylan.

His brother Jimmy, sisters Mary and Alice. Predeceased by his siblings Michael, Molly and Lily. He is also lovingly remembered by his partner Susan, his extended family, a wide circle of friends and neighbours.

May Jos Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Friday evening (20th March) from 5pm to 7pm.

 

(Complimentary car parking is available at the old Dundrum Shopping Centre (Lidl) car park - entrance on Dundrum Village Main Street (not Dundrum Town Centre Car Park). Tickets to exit car park, free of charge, available on request at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum.)

 

Removal on Saturday morning (21st March) to the Church of St. John the Evangelist, Ballinteer arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am, followed by burial in Bohernabreena Cemetery.
