The death has occurred of
Joshua Mc DOUGALL COULAHAN
McDougall Coulahan, Joshua (Crumlin and Laura Lynn, Leopardstown) 9th February 2015 (peacefully) in Tallaght Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved son of Lena and brother of Danielle and Alex. Very sadly missed by his mother and sisters, his nephew Rian, his uncles and aunts, relatives and friends. Heartfelt thanks to his wonderful carers and all the staff in the Children’s Sunshine Home and St. Michael’s Day Service.

A Funeral Service will be held in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Cemetery, Harold’s Cross, on Thursday morning at 10.00am followed by cremation. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to The Children’s Sunshine Home. All enquiries to Fanagans Funeral Directors 01-4754101.
