The death has occurred of Josie Caffrey (née Connell) Church View, Athboy Co. Meath. Josie passed away peacefully at her residence surrounded by her family, after a short illness bourne with great dignity and trenacity. Predeceased by her parents PJ and Francis and her brother Val.
Josie will be sadly missed by her loving family, husband Tom, son Mark (Laura), daughter Deborah (Brián), grandchildren Ailbhe and Aoibhí, brothers Kevin, John, Tony and Jerry, sisters Marie, Bernie, Ann, Olive and Caroline, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and wide circle of friends.
May Josie's Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Reposing in Mullens Funeral Home Athboy (C15 KW58) on Thursday evening at 4pm until 7pm. Removal on Friday morning leaving her residence arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am in St. James' Church, Athboy followed by burial in St. James' Cemetery.

The Caffrey and Connell families would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the Oncology team in Our Lady Of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, Dr. Ryan and staff in Athboy Family Practice, the Doctors, Nurses and staff of Millbury Nursing home, Navan, and to Trisha McDonagh and all the team from Palliative Care for all their kindness, care and compassion throughout Josie's short illness.
