Josie Dargan (nee Shanahan), Griffinstown, Kinnegad, Co Westmeath
The death has taken place of Josie Dargan, Griffinstown, Kinnegad, after a short illness, in the exceptional care of the Intensive Care Unit and St Mark’s Unit, Hermitage Medical Clinic.
Josie was predeceased by her beloved husband Eddie, her parents Mick and Kathleen Shanahan, her sister Mary (Scally), nephew David, grandniece Kerrie, her brothers in law, Sean and Andy and her Sister in Law Josephine, (recently deceased). Josie will be sadly missed her loving sister and best friend Frances (Flynn).
She is much loved and deeply regretted by Catherine, Joe, Sean Michael, Eamonn, Liam, Nigel, Mick, John, Oliver and Paul, her sister-in-law Doreen together with their families and her many friends.
Reposing at St Camillus Nursing Centre, Killucan, this Saturday the 8th of July from 4pm concluding with prayers at 6pm. Funeral Mass Sunday July 9th in Church of the Assumption, Kinnegad at 12pm followed by burial in Coralstown Cemetery, Co Westmeath.
Family flowers only and house strictly private at all time.
