Josie Dooley
(née Bannon)

Passed away at Tallaght University Hospital surrounded by her loving family.  Predeceased by her parents Jack and Elizabeth Bannon and her brother Jodie.  Beloved wife and best friend of Jimmy.  Josie will be deeply missed by her heartbroken husband, her sons James, Cathal, Brian and John, their partners Geriene, Cliona, Michelle and Gillian, Josie’s brothers Eamon and Séan and sisters Nuala and Elizabeth. She is fondly remembered by her grandchildren Ashley, Milo, Kate, Gypsy, Sarah, Jack, Izzy, Jamie, Charlie, Jules and Edie,  her Aunt Essie Dunne, her brothers and sisters-in-law and many other relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at her residence  from 2pm on Sunday the 20th of March with Rosary at 7pm.  Removal at 10:30am on Monday morning (21st of March)  arriving at St.Michael’s Parish Church Athy for Requiem Mass at 11am. The Mass will be livestreamed, see www.parishofathy.ie. 

Removal afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium for cremation service at 2.15pm, see link https://www.mountjerome.ie/garden-chapel-service/ 

House strictly private on Monday.
