(Josie was formerly of Grennan, Thomastown).

Josie passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, 11 November in her 92nd year in the loving care of her family who are deeply indebted to her wonderful carers. She is deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by her loving family, beloved mother of: Maureen (O'Brien), Paudie, Helen (Brennan), Willie, Annette (Whelan), Ger, Deirdre (O'Keeffe), sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother Percy, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Josie is predeceased by her husband Jim, parents: Bill and Molly Grace, sister Ellen and brothers: Jim, Paddy, William and John.

Reposing at her home (R95 A5XO) on Friday, 14 November from 4pm to 8pm with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7.30pm with house private outside these hours please. Removal on Saturday morning to the Church of the Assumption, Thomastown to arrive for 12 noon Requiem Mass followed by interment in St Mary's New Cemetery, Thomastown, Co Kilkenny.
