LYONS (née O’Connor) Josie (Late of Poppintree and formerly of Greek Street, Dublin 7) March 3rd 2026. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving children and family after a short illness.

Beloved wife of John, loving mother of Celine, Roy, John, Declan, Greg, Audrey and Annamarie. In heavenly peace now with her Mam Ann, Aunt May-May and her sisters Phyllis and Anne. Sadly missed by her sons-in-law Joe and Alan, daughters-in-law Melissa, Mel and Ann, all her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her best friend Tessie, in-laws, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Rom Massey & Sons Funeral Home, the Ballymun Civic Centre, Ballymun Road, D09 RFY6, (or view on Google Maps by clicking this map link), on Friday evening, March 6th, from 6.30pm to 8.00pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning, March 7th, at 10.00am at Saint Joseph’s Church, Dane Road, Poppintree, followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium at 11.50am approximately.
