O'Donovan (Butlerstown, Bandon) on the 26th October 2025 very peacefully surrounded by her family and in the great care of the staff at Clonakilty Community Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Tom, dear mother to Niall, TJ, Rosemary and Kieran, dear sister of Eileen (McSweeney), James and the late Paddy and Willie.

Sadly missed and deeply regretted by her loving family, her grandchildren Ellen, Michael, Maria, Simone, Amelie, Tom and Lucas, sisters-in-law Maura and Veronica, daughters-in-law Caroline and Mary, partners Lewis and Keven, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and large circle of friends.

Reposing in Holland's Funeral Home, Barryroe P72 FY88 on Tuesday October 28th from 6pm to 8pm followed by prayers at 8pm. Requiem Mass Wednesday October 29th in Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Barryroe (P72T206) at 12 noon. Josie's requiem mass will be live streamed, please use the following link https://barryroe.ie/. Burial afterwards in Lislevane Cemetery.
