Fitzgerald (Aughadown, Skibbereen): On March 4th, 2026, peacefully, after a long illness bravely borne, surrounded at home by her loving family, Julia Ann (Netty) (née Coughlan), beloved wife of the late Murty, Lissaclarig, Aughadown, Skibbereen and loving mother of P.J., Mary, Críona and Niall, pre-deceased by her parents Cornelius and Kate Ann, brother Michael and sister Kitty.

Sadly missed by her heart-broken family, daughters-in-law Mags and Connie, sons-in-law Dan and Kieran, her grandchildren Murty, Matthew, Aisling, Patrick, Daniel, Mari-Therésé, Ella, Jack, Grace, Emma, Paul and Murty's wife Aisling, Matthew's partner Colm, great grandchildren Eddie and Lillian, brother-in-law Matthew, sister-in-law Margaret, nieces, nephews, kind neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Shanahans Funeral Home, Leap on Friday, 6th March from 5pm to 7pm followed by Prayers.

Requiem Mass on Saturday, 7th March at 1pm in the Church of the Holy Rosary, Kilcoe which will be live-streamed on the Funeral Service link below. Funeral immediately afterwards to St. Patrick's cemetery, Coronea, Skibbereen.
