Babe passed away peacefully in the recent care of the wonderful staff of Mayo Hospice, Castlebar, on 19th December 2025, in the company of her loving family.
A long life which was well lived, Babe is predeceased by her husband Davy, her infant son, John, her sisters, Mary and Nora, her brothers John and more recently Pake, her brother-in-law, Frank.
Most beloved mother of Maureen Corr (Kilkenny), Anne Walsh (Claregalway), Deirdre Coleman (Straide/Foxford).
Sadly missed, but will always be remembered with love by her daughters, sons-in-law Brendan, Paul and Pat; her adored and loving grandchildren, Shane, Eimear, Ruth, Claire, Emily, Ella and Hazel; her sisters-in-law, Anne Heneghan, Maureen Doyle, and Siobhán O'Hare, nephews, nieces and all other relatives, her many wonderful friends, neighbours and all those who loved and had fun with Babe.

Reposing at her home in Rausakeera (F31XV58) on Sunday 21st December from 2pm-7pm. Removal from her residence on Monday 22nd for Mass of the Resurrection in St. Patrick's Church, Kilmaine (F31A348) at 11.30am. Funeral proceeding afterwards to the new cemetery, Kilmaine.
