Carrowhatta, Scotstown, Monaghan

Formerly of Drumhilla, Ballybay, February 12th 2024, peacefully in the loving care of her family at home. Predeceased by her husband James, her parents Peter and Julia, her sister Elizabeth and her brothers Jimmy, Owen and Frank. Deeply regretted and remembered by her loving family, daughters Julie and Audrey, sons Patrick, Brian, Dermot, Paul, Raymond, Kieran and Brendan, son in law Patrick, daughters in law Cleone, Judy, Gina, Elaine and Orla, grandchildren Conor, Jane, Grace, Holly, Ruby, Doris, Pearce, Brianna, Rory, Caolan, Evie, Pia, Charlie, Mimi, Lucia, Georgia and Diana, brothers Paddy, Pete and Ned, sisters in law Annie, Sarah, Teresa, Olive, Mary Alice and Maura, brother in law Packie, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

 

May Julia’s gentle soul rest in eternal peace.

 

Julia will repose at her home, Carrowhatta, Scotstown, (H18PD35) on Tuesday (13/02/2024) from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Wednesday (14/02/2024) from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. House private to family at all other times please. Julia’s funeral will depart from the family home on Thursday (15/02/2024) at 10.15 a.m., arriving at St. Mary’s Church, Urbleshanny for funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society, c/o McElvaney Funeral Directors, Church Square, Monaghan.
