June Rooney
(née Verdon)
Rooney, Nee Verdon, St. Mary's Hospital, Drogheda and formerly of Bredin Street. 19th May 2020. Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. June. Predeceased by her husband Michael, son Micheál and close friend Christy. Sadly missed by her daughters Sharon and Amanda, son Vince, daughter-in-law Erin, grandchildren Wayne, Sarah, Dean, Andrew, Gavin, Caslyn, Aidan, Aisling, Darren and Conor, great granddaughters Emily and Ella, nieces, relatives and friends.

In keeping with current Government guidelines regarding public gatherings June’s funeral will be private for family only. June’s Funeral will be streamed live on www.saintpetersdrogheda.ie Our Lady of Lourdes Church on Thursday at 1.00pm.
For those who cannot attend due to these restrictions please leave a personal message for the family in the Condolence section below.
A Mass of Remembrance will be held at a later date.
