Justin Mc Hugh, Barrack Hill Newport & Lisacul, Roscommon & formerly of Harold’s Cross Dublin, much loved father of Conán, passed away peacefully at home on 6th July 2025 in the loving care of his family, after a long illness bourne with courage, surrounded by his beloved son Conán, Conán’s mum Lynda, best friend Mark, sister Eimear and brother Shane.

Predeceased by Father Audeon McHugh

Justin will also be sadly missed by his mother Betty, brother Brian, extended family, neighbours and his wide circle of friends.

Rest well dear Justin, we will be together again.

Justin’s funeral mass will take place in St Patrick’s church, Newport, Co Mayo (F28 HF96) @ 10am on the 8th of July , Followed by removal to Lakelands Crematorium Cavan (H12 RF78) for service at 2.00pm.
