Karen passed away peacefully in the arms of her loving family at Mallow General Hospital on Saturday, September 23rd, 2023.
Much loved daughter of Donie and the late Margaret (née Sexton).
Beloved sister of Kieran, Lorraine and Sinéad, adored aunt of Amy, Jack, Euan, Lucy, Robyn, Katie, Hollie and William.
Deeply regretted by her brothers-in-law Brendan and Emmett, Kieran’s partner Emma.
Will always be missed by her aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
May Karen’s Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.
Requiem Mass on Monday at 11am in St. Mary’s Church, Mallow, funeral afterwards to St. Gobnait’s Cemetery.

The family would like to thank St. Joseph’s Foundation, Charleville, the HSE, Bluebird Carers and the nurses and staff of St. Patrick’s Ward, Mallow General Hospital, the Public Health Nurses and the nurses, doctors and medical administrators of the Cork Road Clinic, Mallow for the excellent care and attention they showed to Karen.
