O’Brien, (née Brennan), Karen, Lyreen Close, Mariavilla, Maynooth, Co. Kildare, and formerly of Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and Teacher at St. John the Evangelist, Adamstown, Lucan, Co. Dublin, Our Angel Karen, taken from us before her time on Saturday, June 17th 2023. Devoted wife to her husband Bernard O’Brien Jnr., Latton Parish, Co. Monaghan, much loved daughter of her heartbroken parents Gerry and Ann, and dear sister of Stephen. Sadly missed by her adoring husband, her heartbroken parents, brother, parents-in-law Bernard and Alanna, sisters-in-law, Erica, Orla and Miriam, brothers-in-law Paul and Ronan, nieces Mila, Ava, Kate, Kirsty and Róisín, nephews Alex and Luca, Gerry's partner Cora, aunts, uncles, relatives, school colleagues and many, many friends.

Reposing at her home on Wednesday (June 21st) from 3pm to 8pm with evening prayers at 7pm. Removal from her home on Thursday (June 22nd) at approx. 11am to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Maynooth for 11:30am Requiem Mass, followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium to arrive for approx. 1:30pm committal prayers. Those who are unable to attend the funeral, please leave a personal message for the family in the condolences section below.
