The death has occurred of Kathleen Barr (formerly Rock, née McMahon). Cluain Alainn, Carrickmacross. 27th March 2021. Peacefully, at her daughter and son-in-law's home, Mary & Macartan, surrounded by her beloved family. Predeceased by her first husband Tim, her son Peter, her parents Peter & Mary, her infant sister Doreen & her brother Kevin. Sadly missed and remembered with love by her cherished family, her husband John, her son Patrick and her daughter Mary (Finegan), her son-in-law Macartan & daughters-in-law Yvonne & Olivia, her adored grandchildren Johnathan, Barry, Kieran, Hannah, Dylan, Abbie, Tadhg & Grace and her great-grandson Tom, her brothers Peadar, Jimmy, Noel, Anthony & Sylvester, her sisters-in-law, John's children Michael, Collette, Mary & Fiona, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

In accordance with current guidelines, Kathleen's Funeral Mass will take place privately, for family only (limited to 10), on Monday, 29th March, at 11am followed by burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Carrickmacross. To view the Funeral Mass via the webcam click on the link carrickmacrossparish.ie

There will be an opportunity for the community to pay their respects, in a socially distanced manner, as Kathleen's funeral cortège leaves her home, Cluian Alainn, on Monday morning at 10:30am proceeding via Farney Street, Main Street to St. Joseph's Church.
