Mary Catherine (Kathleen) Bevan
On October 6th, 2025, Kathleen passed peacefully away in her 98th year, under the devoted care of the Little Sisters of the Poor at St Joseph's Nursing Home, Waterford. Predeceased by her loving husband William, sister Julie, brother Brian and son-in law Jerry. Sadly missed, by her sister Ann, children Elizabeth, Billy, John, Mary, and Sr. Jacinta (Ann), daughters-in-law Patricia and Margaret. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Karen, Tricia, Maria, Joy, Alan, John, Paul, and Brian, along with their families, her great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchild, extended family, and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Coakleys Funeral Home on Tuesday October 14th from 6pm to 7.30pm with vigil prayers at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday October 15th at 11am at Sacred Heart Church, Glengarriff (to view live stream please click here) followed by burial in Glengarriff Cemetery.
