BLACK (née Lawlor) (Ballybrack, and formerly of Monkstown Farm, Co. Dublin) – December 17th 2025 (peacefully) surrounded by her family and in the exceptional care of the Dr. Cassidy and staff of the Herbert and Nutley Wing at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Kathleen; dearly beloved wife of the late Joe, much loved and adored mother of Mark, Robert and Philip. Predeceased by her brother Brendan. Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters-in-law Samantha and Wendy, grandchildren, brother Michael, sister Frances, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 on Sunday (Dec 21st) from 2pm until 4pm with prayers at 3.30pm (All Welcome) Removal on Monday (Dec 22nd) to St. Patrick’s Church, Monkstown arriving for 10am Requiem Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to St. Michael’s Cremation Services Chapel within the Funeral Home arriving for 11.45am cremation service.
