The death has occurred of Kathleen Brady née Black, Ard na Gréina Kells Co. Meath, peacefully following a long illness in the loving care of her family and the exceptional, compassionate and wonderful staff of Our Lady's Hospital Navan 26th March 2025.

Kathleen accepted her illness with great dignity and was grateful at all times to her family, her medical and caring staff who cared for her so lovingly for so many years.

Kathleen was predeceased by her parents Paddy and Maggie and her sister-in-law Mary and is survived by her heartbroken family Daughter Dawn (Thomas), son David (Mary), her loving and devoted fiancé Anthony (companion and true friend in life), her grandchildren Kasie and Patrick, brother Jimmy, sisters Lilom, Mary, Tina, Angela and Valerie, cousins, in-laws and a large circle of relatives and friends.

Kathleen will repose at Mc Entee’s Funeral Home Newmarket St. Kells A82KOD7 on Friday 28th from 4 to 7pm. Removal from her residence on Saturday morning at 10.20am to arrive at St. Colmcille's Church for Funeral Mass at 11am which can be viewed on kellsparish.ie followed by burial in St. Colmcille's Cemetery.

Kathleen will be fondly remembered with love and affection by her family and many friends as a very kind, loving and generous person who loved life, family gatherings and had a deep faith in God and Our Blessed Mother Mary. Kathleen's warm and kind personality will be missed by many.
