Kathleen Brennan (née O’Sullivan) of Castletown, Carlow and formerly of Borris, Co. Carlow and Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on March 24th, 2026 at her home.

Beloved wife of John, much loved mother of Jonathan and step mother of Fionnuala and Will, cherished sister of Ann, Eugene, John, Philip, Michael and the late Margaret, Pat, Larry Tommy and Oliver and adored daughter of the late John and Peggy.

Kathleen will be sadly missed by her loving husband, son, stepson, stepdaughter, brothers, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends

May Kathleen’s Gentle Soul Rest In Peace

Kathleen will repose at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Shamrock Sq (R93 C863) on Thursday March 26th from 3pm concluding with Prayers at 7pm that evening. Removal from there on Friday morning at 10.30am to St Joseph’s Church, Tinryland arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
