Kathleen Carroll
(née Brien)
Kathleen Carroll (née Brien) of Boghall Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow, died peacefully on 18th October, 2022, in her 96th year, at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. Beloved wife of the late Dan, dearly loved mother of Anne, Dan, Patrick, Raymond, Kathleen and John, deeply loved Gran of Hannah. Predeceased by her brothers Edward, Seamie and Paddy. She will be sadly missed by her family, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, friends and her dear cats.
The family would like to thank all the staff at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin, Carlton Clinic, Bray and also the Homecare team that looked after Kathleen in recent weeks with great dignity and care.
Reposing at her home on Saturday (22nd October) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal from her home on Monday (24th October) at 10.30am, walking to St. Fergal’s Church, Boghall Road, Bray, arriving for a Funeral Mass at 11.00am followed by burial in Springfield Cemetery. House private on Monday morning. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
