In the early hours of Thursday, January 30, 2025, Kathleen (Catherine) passed away peacefully in her 94th year in the loving and gentle care of the wonderful staff of St. Mary’s Nursing Home, Galway. Beloved wife of the late Denis and much loved mother of Paul.

Deeply loved and missed by her son and daughter-in-law Olga, adored grandchildren Oisín, Clodagh and Eoin and her sister Teresa (Kilkenny). Fondly remembered and sadly missed also by Hilda, sister-in-law Ann (Caltra), brother-in-law Joe (Ennis), sister-in-law Peggy (Ryehill, Monivea), nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue (H91V1K8) from 4.30 p.m. with Removal at 6 p.m. to the Church of Christ the King, Salthill.

Tuesday, February 4, 2025

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Kathleen at 11 a.m. Following Mass, she will be laid to rest with her beloved Denis in Rahoon cemetery. Livestream link for Mass:Here
