KATHLEEN (CATHERINE) O'CONNELL
(née HOGAN)
O’Connell (Carrigaline, more recently Youghal and originally Tipperary Town) On May 7th 2025 peacefully in the presence of her devoted husband and in the tender care of the staff at Youghal Community Hospital, Kathleen (Catherine) (née Hogan) beloved wife of Michael, loving mother of Máire (Harrington), Ursula, Colm and Maeve (Gibbons), dear sister of the late Michael, Paddy and Tommie and grandmother of Stephanie, Eoin, Aisling, Aaron, Oisin, Daniel, Fionn and the late Sophie. Sadly missed by her loving family, daughter-in-law Gillian, sons-in-law Paul and Geoff, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Fordes Funeral Home, Old Waterpark, Carrigaline on Friday (9th) from 5:00pm until 6:00pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday (10th) at 12:30pm in the Church of Our Lady and St. John, Carrigaline. Funeral afterwards to The Island Crematorium.
